Please read these terms carefully before using the MMJ Community Portal.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. The Muttichur Muslim Jama'at (MMJ) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Online Donations & Payments
All donations and payments made through this website are voluntary. Please ensure you enter correct UPI details and copy the correct UTR transaction reference number for verification. Once confirmed by the administrator, a receipt will be issued. Payments are non-refundable.
3. User Accounts & Security
Registered members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (Mahal Number and Password). You agree to immediately notify the Mahallu Office of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of Community Services
Services including Madrassa portal, marriage registration applications, certificate requests, and burial records search are provided to facilitate Mahallu administration and member communication. Any misuse of these portals or submitting false details will lead to account suspension.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
